Box jumps alternating butt kicks 20 each leg

rest 4 10 secs

Jump rope  2 minutes straight right to

Box jumps alternating butt kicks 20 each leg

rest 4 10 secs

Jump rope 1 minute straight right to

Box jumps alternating butt kicks 20 each leg

rest 4 20 secs

Jump rope  2 minutes straight right to

Box jumps alternating butt kicks 20 each leg

rest 4 20 secs

Jump rope 4 minutes straight rest for 1 minute

20 minutes on the elliptical trainer.
