Have you ever thought about how amazing it is to accomplish your goals? Have you ever touched the clouds where you once hoped to be? Well in my life, I feel I have reached the top and was almost taken from it completely. I am so grateful to have experienced the exciting things I have in the industry in which I wanted to become known in...So I worked hard, and I made it in many ways. I know for certain that I have been so blessed.
I was blessed to have had my health pull me from it because I was getting too caught up in me. God was looking out for me. My body was breaking down. I had very little connective tissue, I was obsessed with leanness. By the end of November 2006, I couldn't even do one pushup. Because like any addiction, this addiction to my physical appearance almost killed me. Until I learned that strength was within me. Strength pulled me out and straightened me up. Like every perfectionist, I wanted to be the best. I know now that I am the best I can be, and God showed me all of the beautiful things that lie within me.
In the 10 years I have been involved, I have experienced 15 shows, did countless paid fitness modeling shoots, traveled the country, went to the major fitness events, was scouted by other photographers and production agencies to use me as their spokesperson, helped put together bodybuilding shows, been partners for a few major companies in the industry and have been lucky to partner in some of the most successful fitness industry web businesses out there. If that isn't what the word blessed means, then I don't know what is. In terms of success, I think this pretty much is the icing on the cake.
I always like to shine, but what's even more brilliant is finding a partner, a significant other, a soul mate to share this with. When that other person can really understand, and really want all those things you have wanted before you met them and grow together as a pair, as a team, that is something amazing...something I never thought I would experience. On my 30th birthday, I was blessed with him.
Praise the Lord. I pray to Him everyday and thank Him for guiding me to the man of my dreams.

THE SIMPLE THINGS
THE SIMPLE THINGS
I know God
I enjoy life
I live for love
I feel that eyes are the window to the soul
I love laughter
I enjoy accepting others for who they are
I get giggly when I see smiles
I am hopelessly silly
I have childish behavior at times
I respect intelligence
I demand individuality
I love the small circle of true friends I have
I live to experience
I love passion
I prefer emotion
I thrive on adrenaline
I understand curiosity
I believe in true loyalty
I value marriage
I expect respect
I love my boyfriend so much it hurts :)

Life is Full of Hope
Its the holiday season and its the time to reflect on the years prior and give thanks to the challenges put before us. Without our past we wouldn't have our present. This gives us hope to look to the beautiful future. Just like our pasts, our future holds many exciting experiences, challenges, and awakenings. The most important thing to remember, is that somehow through all the chaos, we still find peace...chaos is only temporary...peace is the final reward. Everyday we find peace, whether it be in the car with music, a great workout, a loving relationship, or a good laugh. Look forward to the peace you find in each day. Find a minute to be alone in your own peacefulness.Whatever or wherever that ma6 be. God bless...
